Phnom Penh: A project for Road Improvement that cost about 10 million dollar is found corruption. An anonymous officer said on 5 December, “there is corruption related to the Tertiary Roads Improvement Program which is implemented in five provinces such as: Kampong Speu, Kampong Chhang, Kampong Thom, Kampong Cham, Kratie, and Prey Veng”. He added that the company responsible with this program has done very little with construction. Many roads are left the same; nothing improves. With the support from engineer, Thomas Marz Are, reported that he did not see any repairmen or equipment on the road in Kampong Thom province. No comment from Lu Lay Sreng, Rural minister.
