100 kilograms of Trei Chab seized and burnt

Kompot: 100 kilograms of Trei Chab (a kind of dangerous fish) was seized from merchants by the fishery officials of Kompot province. The seized fish was burnt after the confiscation.The raid of Trei Chab, which was illegal goods, was done in front of Chum Kreal pagoda in Kreal village, Chum Kreal commune, Kompot district, Kompot province in the evening of 6th April. The officials said that the merchant who illegally imported Trei Chab was Chau Va, age 38, living in Prek Kreus village, Prek Kreus commune, Kompong Trach district, Kompot province.
After the confiscation of the fish, the merchant signed an agreement for stop importing the fish.
