13-year old girl escaped from rape

Kompong Speu: A promiscuous man was arrested after the family of the victim filed a complaint to the police on 20 August 2007 in Sorya village, Talsal commune, Oral district for alledgelly attempted to rape a girl. The arrested man Heng Kea, male, 18. The girl was 13 years old living in the same village as the arrested man. The parents of the victim said that they filed complaint against the man for attempting to rape their daughter. The arrested man was detained at the police station.
