14-year-old Girl Detained for Luring

Poipet Town: A 14-year-old girl on Thursday last week was detained by police officer for luring another girl to take her jewelry, about 25 US dollars in total. The girl San Sila, who lives in Poipet commune’s Brorchethorm village, was stopped by 30-year-old Yun Srun, the mother of the victim girl. Boeng Sakuo police said that the accused girl lured the victim. Police confiscated the jewelry from her. Because she is an underage girl, police just educated her not to commit this next time and let her go home.
