17-Year-Old Student Rapes 13-Year-Old Girl

Prey Veng Province: 17-year-old teenager known as Hieng Ountouch was detained by police on July 04, 2007 for raping a 13-year-old girl.
Omcham Roeun, Kompong Trabek district police chief said that after Chamray commune police had reported the rape case, he ordered police force to arrest the rapist immediately.
The perpetrator confessed that he raped the victim at 4:00pm while she was picking up the cow manure behind her house about 200 meters. Before he done that, he followed her and slapped her on her face four times then she fell down on the ground and he raped her.
