18-Year-Old Held for jewelry Robbering

Koh Kong Province: An 18-year-old teenager was arrested and held by Koh Kong penalty police for killing. According to the warrant arrest of the provincial court, Phou Pearak and his accomplices were charged with robbing and killing a 19-year-old Pich Phirun on the early morning of July 20, 2008 in Khemarakphomen town’s Smach Meanchey commune. They killed the victim by drowning while he was sleeping in Bey village. Police are searching his confederates of this murdering.
