2 arrested and hit in an unsuccessful necklace snatching

Phnom Penh: 2 men were seriously beaten while trying to snatch a necklace from a lady. The incident happened at 6:30am of 29 August 2007 on Street 205 in Chamkarmorn's Toumnubteuk commune, Phnom Penh. The two arrested are Sao Sina, 18 and Taing Sothoeun, 19 riding Suzuki Best. The victim Chhat Sarun, 35, a garment factory worker. The witness said that when the robbers snatched the necklace, the woner tried to snatched back then the motorbike of the robbers fell down.
