2 arrested and sent to the court

Phnom Penh: 2 men arrested and sent to the court on 2 August 2007 in two separate cases: necklace snatching and stealing the motorbike. The arrested men are Phon Sophea, 18, and Vin Darith, 21. Phon Sophea was accused of commiting necklace snatching and Vin Darith was accused of stealing the motorbike.
