2 arrested for stealing wire

Sihanouk Ville: One among the two who stole the wire at the port was arrested at 11:00 of 20 August 2007 in Mittapheap district while burning the fire for lead. The arrested man Seab Thy, 36, worker at the port and another thief Srey Hoeun, 25 also arrested. Electric staff at the port said that the wire at the port lost for many times and the thieves never caught.
