2 men arrested red-handed

Phnom Penh: 2 men were arrested in Psar Kandal II, Khan Daun Penh while they were breaking the houses.
The two men were caught at 1:30am in the morning of 19th April in Psar Kandal II. The two men are Buth Chanvichhay,20, and Phorn Chanrithy, 18.
The two men broke into two houses. Seeing the first house had nothing, they broke another house, and were caught immediately.
