2 phone snatchers arrested

Phnom Penh: 2 phone snatchers were arrested by minor-crime police at 7:45pm of 27 October after they had snatched a phone from a foreigner. The snatchers grabbed the phone from a Chinese man that took his dog for a walk, police said. The snatchers tried to escape but he was arrested in the front of the National Assembly. The snatcher Kit Chea, male, 21 and the phone owner David Huang, 42.
