2020, electricity accessible to all villages

Phnom Penh: In 2020, all villages in Cambodia will be accessible to electricity and at least 70 percent of all families are accessible to electricity in good quality by 2030. This was announced on 8 June 2007 at Sunway Hotel under cooperation between EDC and ADB.
