22 March, To Hear Heng Pov’s Case on Illegally Human Detention

Phnom Penh: The case of Heng Pov former Municipal Police Chief that had ordered Li Rasy former first president of minor punishment police office in Phnom Penh to detain a former teacher illegally for 70 days will be heard on 22-March-07.On March-07 Phnom Penh Municipal Court will raise three cases of Heng Pov to judge. The first case is about the forcing for money from Korean people is to open on 21-March-07 that Mr. Ev Kemsry is the judge. The second case about the illegal human detention for 70 days will be opened on 22-March-2007 that Mr. Sao Meach is the judge and the third about the shooting on an electric official to handicapped till the present is to open on 27-March-07 that Mr. Chay Kong is the judge.
