23-year-old caught and hit for motorbike stealing

Phnom Penh: A 23-year-old man was caught and seriously beaten while he was trying to escape. The incident happened at 20:15 on 12 September 2007 in Russey Keo's Teuk Thla commune. Police said that the caught man Chhey Sambath, 23. Chhey Sambath was caught for stealing a motorbike on 9 September 2007. The motorbike owner Leng Vanna, 22. Police now is preparing to send the caught man to the court.
