230 Kilograms of spoilt marijuana left in Sihanoukville

Sihanoukville: 230 Kilograms of spoilt marijuana was found by people in 5 village, 4 commune, Mittapheap district in the morning of 11 July 2007. Police said that the abandoned marijuana was spoilt because of the misssing in trafficking. Police added it is real that there is drug trafficking in Sihanoukville.
