25 Families Ask For Opening Street to Prime Minister Hun Sen

Many people complaint about closing road 29 was done by the police on May 28. Relevant in this case, at fifth village Watphnom commune Dounpenh district there were 25 families held the billboard with the meaning asked for helping from Prime Minister Hun Sen and his wife Bunraney to deal with this. This event occurred on the morning of May 29, 2007.
Holding the picture of Hun Sen and his wife over the head, an old man among of 25 families told that this lot number 29 along the street 108 at fifth village was a public road that he and all the people there always walked since 1979. An old man added that he and others had raised money to construct this road.
What leaded this issue happened because in 1993, a Watphnom district authority was known to stealing to sell the lot. And since then it caused many problems until today.
