28 year-old arrested for rape

Keansvay-Kandal: A man was arrested for raping an 8 year-old girl in Sdao Kanleng village, Dey Eth commune, Kean Svay on 16 August. The arrested man Chour Lin, 28. Police said that on 16 August the victim came to the rapist house then the rapist lured the girl to rape. Police is now preparing to send the rapist to the court.
