28-year old chopped for stop drinking

Prey Veng: A 28-year old man was chopped on the head by 30-year old man in Peam Ror's Neak Leung commune at 4 of 15 August 2007. The victim Dong, 28 was sent to the doctor immediately. The attacker Phal 30, escaped after the attack. The victim said that he was chopped because he stopped drinking early while others were drinking.
