3 houses destroyed, 1 died in an explosion

Phnom Penh: A man died and a lady had minor injure in a serious explosion. The cause of the explosion was unknown. The enormous explosion happened at 17:15pm on 4 November 2007 in the house 6C in Russey Keo's Tuek Thla commune. Police said that the explosion came from the house of Sok Phan, a nun at the Stung Mean Chey pagoda. Sok Phan rents the house for 4 people to live: a couple and a child, the dead man. The neighbors said that the man lives in the house was Khun Song, 36, an electrician. After the explosion the couple and their child escaped from the scene. The house 5C and 7C were destroyed with the house 6C. Till 5 November, police have not identified the cause of the explosion yet.
