3 owners of gambling house detained and 15 gamblers fined

Phnom Penh: 2 men and a lady which are the owners of the gambling house were detained. The 15 gamblers were fined 50,000 Riels each and released after 3 days detention. The raid on gambling house was done in the evening of 20 July 2007 in Mean Chey's Son Som Kosal commune. The residents in Mean Chey were glad to see the raid on gambling because it is the causes of robbery and stealing.
