3-year-old Boy Killed in Traffic Accident

Kandal Province: A 3-year-old boy was killed in a shock traffic accident at around 7:30 on Monday in Takhmao town’s Prek Samrong commune. The driver escaped leaving the truck at the scene. According to an eyewitness, the land truck ran into the deceased boy when he was sitting on the pavement where his parents give fixing service, dying instantly on the spot. Police did not identify the driver, nor did the company name. The locals said that so far land trucks drive very fast in their area.
