3,000 dollars for kidnapping

Phnom Penh: A 13 year-old boy was kidnapped and killed miserably in a water basin. The event occurred on 8 December, at noon, while the victim, Kiev Maly Pgna Rong, was staying at home and called to come out by an unknown guy . Due to the witness, Pgna Rong met a strong build guy outside his house and talked closely to each other for they seemed to know one another well. A moment later, that guy asked Pgna Rong to go to Bror Chum Vong Pagoda together. Then at around 3 pm on the same day, the victim’s family got a phone call from kidnapper, demanding 3,000 dollars for the boy’s life. Only a short time, Pgna Rong’s body was found by police military at Cham Ka Morn district in the pagoda. Nothing was found about the criminal.
