33-Year-Old Man Drowns

Kandal Province: A 33-year-old man, who was claimed as a psychopath drowned at 12 pm on July 12, 2007 in Sa Ang district’s Roka Koh commune. The corpse of the drowned man floated on the water in the morning of 14 July 2007 in Trouv Sla commune, Kandal province’s Sa Ang district.
The victim known as Thol Toeurn lived in Kbalkoh Kor village, Roka Khpul commune, Sa Ang district, Kandal province. The family of the victim was very poor. They had no money to have the body cremated, said Sa Ang police.
