35% construction in Phnom Penh are illegal

Phnom Penh: In the meeting between Nguyen Hong Quan, delegation of Vienamese Ministry of Construction and Kep Chuktima, Phnom Penh governor. Kep Chuktima told that Phnom Penh has 3.2% population increase and requires 10,000 rooms of guesthouse a year. Because of this growth, Cambodia has face the traffic jam, illegal construction problems and has 35% of illegal construction.
