40 thousands donation for farmer community's plan

Phnom Penh: EU, Friedich Naumnn Foundation and Sedac Organization donate 40EU to exercise the Community Management and Building for Self-Respect to reduce poverty permantly. The plan requires 36 months which have started since February and tend to train humen rosources in remote area's community. Education about productions'll yield and raise people's living standard.
