47tons of fish in a fishing farm

Among 100 fishing farms, the fish in 17 fishing farms died in the night of 14, May 2007 shocking the fishermen in Chrang Chamres II district, Khan Russey Keo, Phnom Penh. The cause is known exactly because SKD left the waste water into the river. Now we don't know whether the industry will responsible for the demage, and how authority will do to solve the problem.
