5 months of 2007, 170 mine victims

Phnom Penh: Cheng Lo, staff of Cambodia Red Cross said on 19th, June 2007 that there are 170 mine victims in the first 5 months. The number of mine victims decrease compare to the same period of 2006. Among all the victims, men are the leading victims consisting of 83% of al the victims. The 10 provinces that have the highest victim rate are: Battambang, Banteay Meanchey, Preah Vihear, Pailin, Kompong Speu, KOmpong Thom, Svay Rieng, Siem Reap, KOmpong Cham and Oudor Meanchey.
