58-year-old Chinese Man Detained

Phnom Penh: A Cambodian-Chinese man, who was charged with human trafficking, was held in order to do more investigation and search for his accomplices on Monday morning.The anti-Trafficking and Juvenile Protection Burean Police of provincial police station stopped Sinoman, 58, on Saturday morning in Safieng hotel, located in Phnom Penh’s Tuol Kor district, Phsar Depou I commune. The detention followed a 24-year-old Vietnamese woman Thy Be Ngieng sued him for exporting Vietnamese women to China working as prostitute.
