A 12 year-old girl raped

Battam Bong Province: Leang Phal, 38, raped his wife’s daughter at noon while driving Tuk Tuk selling their fruit. It was on 24 November, at around 12pm on the way to sell the fruit, the step father stopped his Tuk Tuk, walked to the silent place and called his daughter to go with him but she rejected. Suddenly, the man took her to the place, threatened her not to shout and raped her, said the girl. Her step father attempted to rape her for several times, but could not succeed, added the victim. Finally, the man was arrested and temporarily detained by the police due to the complaint from the girl’s mother.
