A 13 year-old girl raped in Malai village

Bantteay Mean Chey Province: A 13 year-old girl was raped by an elder man, a noodle shop owner, whom she worked for. The girl said that she was persuaded by the man to sleep with him for he would buy a mobile phone, new clothes, and give her a lot of money. This was her fault also, for she was too young to cheat by the man, added the girl. The criminal, Heng Long, was arrested at his house and confessed his guilty on 2nd December in Malai village. The most concern is whether the girl infects HIV from his or not because he did not use condom while making love with her.
