A 13-Year-Old Lustful Boy Detained for Raping

Preah Sihanouk Province: A 13-year-old boy was accused of raping an 8-year-old girl when they were fishing and was arrested on Wednesday morning Prey Nub district’s Cheung Kou commune, Cheung Kou police said. According to a complaint, the parents of the underage girl charged Sok Chea, 13, with raping their daughter on Tuesday. Police added that the boy was also accused of thievery in May and so far he used to even rape female buffalo.
