A 14-year-old teen arrested for raping 13-year-old girl

Brasat Ballang: A 14-year-old teen was arrested and temporarily detained for raping a 13-year-old girl. The rape happened at 20:00pm in the night of 23 November in Brasat Ballang's Toul Kreul commune. The rapist was arrested on 24 November when he was trying to leave the village. Police said that the arrested rapist Tort Tim, 14. The rapist denied the rape saying that the girl agreed to have sex with him. The rapist was temporarily detained for further investigation.
