A 19-year-old man jailed

Sihanoukville: A staff at Sihanoukville prison siad that a 19-year-old man was jailed 17 years for raping. Heng Huon, Sihanoukville prison chief said that the rapist, Thorn Deth, 19 was judged on 29 January 2007 after seven months of raping. The raing happened in the afternoon of 4 July 2006. With the 17 years in prison, the rapist may be jailed 2 years more since he did not pay the 3 million compensation to the victim.
