A 23-Year-old Woman Attacked with Acid

KampongChnang Province: Kampongchnang police arrested a 59-year-old woman and her 26-year-old daughter for hitting and attacking a woman with acid on April 9 2008 at the victim’s house in Kampongchnang district’s Phsar Chnang commune. The victim known as Cheang Narey got seriously injured. At the police office, one of the two attackers confessed that she had attacked Cheang Narey, who was her husband’s step wife. An eyewitness said that the victim Cheang Narey was attacked badly with stone and acid.
