A boy, 14, rapes a girl

Phnom Penh: A 14-year-old boy lured a 3-year-old girl to a his bath room and raped on November 9 in Prey Pring village, Dang Kor district’s Chom Chao commune. After the rape, the girl’s parents filed a complaint to their authority, but nothing carried out because the rapist is an underage. Her parents continued sending the complaint to the Interior Ministry’s penalty police. The rapist known as Vannak is a school student, the local authority said. On November 27, the penalty police investigated the rape case.
