A burglar caught while breaking the house

Kompong Cham: One among the two robbers was arrested by Arakthnoat police and residents while he was trying to break in a house to rob a motorbike. The cooperation between residents and police to arrest the burglar happened at 12:30 am of 25 August 2007 at Steung Treng's Arakthnoath commune. The arrested man Kul Borong, 17. The house owner Lak Kim, 28. while taking the motorbike, the owner called to police to help and caught one of the burglar.
