A Car Hit Strongly as Owner Joining Wedding Reception

Phnom Penh: A blue Corolla car with 2A 1237 plate form was hit strongly by approximately 10 people to be claimed most of them are Klang Romsev Market vendors after having conflict with the car’s owner at 9:00 p.m. on 26-April-07. The event happened at Mondyal Center in Phsa Dermkor commune, Tuolkork district.
After the event, a man was arrested by Khan Tuolkork’s police on April 27 that had pointed out by the car’s owner Mr. Tuch Tarith, 24, and his friends.
