A cheater arrested

Banteay Meanchey: A suspect was arrested for cheating his cousin and took the motorbike. The suspect was arrested on 27 October 2007. The suuspect Thai Hao Vay, 23, a construction worker in Siem Reap, and his cousin, the motorbike owner Phot Hort, male, 23. The suspect cheated the victim since 24 October and arrested on 27 October.
