A Chinese Man Unconscous on Street

Phnom Penh: A man, known as Chinese man, was unconscious on a street in Sen Sok district’s Tek Thlar commune on December 15. According to eyewitness, the Chinese man was completely drank until he was unconscious on the street. No one knew where he drank. Sen Sok police called an ambulance to help him, but a few minutes later he wake up and took a motor taxi driver away. Police could not identify the man because the documents with him were written in China.
