A Cleaver Robber Arrested in PP

Phnom Penh: A 25-year-old man, who used a cleaver in his robberies, was arrested on November 2 and was contemporarily detained by the Phnom Penh court. The man known as Khoun Marim stayed in Chamkar Mon district’s Tom Nubtek commune. Two of his accomplices escaped. Police said that this group often committed their robberies in Phnom Penh and one of the case, they robbed a 25-year-old woman in front of Soviet hospital. They used two cleavers to rob. Police arrested him when he was taking the robbed motorbike to sell.
