A Construction Worker Chopped to Death

Phnom Penh: A 19-year-old teenager was chopped to death with a cleaver and another 30-year-old victim was also seriously injured on Wednesday after three men had attacked them over a drug problem in Phnom Penh’s Chamkar Mon district, police said. The dead victim known as Sou Toeng died instantly in the pool of blood and the injured man was under the treatment at Calemette hospital. The three attackers are under the arrest, police added.
