A CTN Actress subpoenaed

Phnom Penh: A CTN actress will be subpoenaed on 12 December 2007 by Phnom Penh Municipality after a man living in the United States had sued her for cheating him of 37.000 US dollars. The actress known as Oen Volak Tepey has close relationship with the complainant, who used to send money and bought jewelry for her, but lately they have been to visit in Sihanouk Ville and had some problem; therefore, the plaintiff has filed a complaint with Phnom Penh court. The actress asserted that she has never received any money but her sister.
