A Culprit Dies in Hospital

Rattanakiry Province: One of two detainees died after they had serious diseases and sent to Rattanakiry province hospital at around 11:50 a.m. on Wednesday. The prison chief Hing Phansakunthea said that the 20-year-old culprit Ting Theang, was conscious after arriving at the hospital. He had a terrible diarrhea and other severe disease. The doctors there tried to secure him, but he was in a really bad condition. Ting Theang was detained on Au 7, 2007 for stealing a motorbike.
