A Drunken Man Held for debauchery

Phnom Penh: After being drunken, a naughty man petted and put his fingers into a 9-year-old girl’s vagina in an attempt to rape her while her mother was out a few minutes at 3 a.m. on Thursday in Dongkor district’s Kakab commune. The girl is living with her mother, who is a beggar and the man known as Chork, 21, lives next door with the victim. The man sometimes stayed at the victim’s home as a neighbor when he was drunk. Shortly after the scandalous problem broke out, her neighbor called local police and the accused was arrested.
