Kampongspeu Province: A man, who was sleeping with his wife at a cottage, was shot to death on 19 February 2008 in Som Roangtong district’s Rolang Chhek commune. The dead man known as Sem Pen, 38, raised ducks more than a month. Police said that rancor was the motive of the killing. The perpetrator wanted to kill the dead man’s brother, who is good at cock competitions. But that night, his brother was not at the cottage, police added.
