A Fishing Worker Man Dies

Sihanoukville: A39-year-old man, who was not adept at swimming, drowned while he tried to swim toward the land at 11:20 pm on 11 December 2007. The dead fishing worker known as Heng Lipov lived in Kan Mitha Pheap’s Lek Muoy commune. His companion, Chea Seng, said that Lipov was not good at swimming. When he swam about 10 meters, he shouted for help. Unfortunately, no one could help him because it was at night time. He added that the fishing lasts three or four days each time, so we swam home because we missed our wives.
