A Girl Raped in Kam Pongcham

Kampongcham Province: A 14-year-old girl was raped when she drove the bicycle to pick her mother from their field at 5:30pm on Wednesday in Kang Meas district’s Reay Bay commune. The rapist Chem Lonh, 23, escaped when the victim’s mother arrived. The victim said that she tried to shout for help while she was being raped, then her mother heard and arrived at the scene.
