A Journalist arrested in money kidnapping

Preah Sihanouk Province: Prey Nub district police arrested a journalist at 2:30 on Monday in a coffee shop in Mouy Village, Lek Pi commune, Preah Sihanouk town. The journalist was accused of kidnapping money from a local ski club, police said. According the club owner, the journalist called and threatened to pay him US$15 every month, or he would issue story about the club. The journalist sent to police inspection to question and will be sent to the provincial court on Tuesday. People criticized the club because many students go there to play ski. Deumampil News
