A Lady Raped and Killed

Battambang Province: A 26-year-old man was arrested by Mong Eusey district police at 10am on 27 August 2007 for unsuccessful raping and killing a lady in Mong Eusy district’s Mang Kol commune, said police. The perpetrator known as Bov Kim, 26 and the victim Tey Thoeun, 22 lived in Prey Prom II village. He killed the victim in the rice field. The criminal tried to rape her, but he did not succeed. He just took off her clothes then she tried to run from him. Suddenly, he attacked her on the calf and head; therefore, she died.
