A Lady seriously unconscious after a crash

Phnom Penh: On 5 December, an accident was occurred at 8.45 am along Tra Sork Phoem road in Doun Penh district. Police said that the victim, Sun Seng Hor, 23, riding on her motorbike with her friend while a Land Cruiser increasing its speed when arrived at the place. In the opposite direction, the two vehicles completely crashed each other. Sun Seng Hor was later unconscious, whereas her friend was slightly wounded. The driver was immediately arrested but she did not tell her identification to the police.
